硬箱与软箱的区别
Material: ABS,PP, PC, PVC etc.
Advantages: flexible, high temperature resistant, strong, shock and impact resistant, water resistant, capable of protecting goods inside the luggage effectively, colorful and easy to clean.
Disadvantages: heavier weight, surface can be easily scratched, fixed capacity, more suitable for long distance travel.
PC: PC is known as transparent fabric, commonly known as bullet-proof plastic. Its strength can meet the various needs from mobile phones to bullet-proof glass. It has excellent shock and impact resistance and is also very flexible. PC plates come in various color options and also has good resistance for both cold and hot temperatures. PC is very light weight, it is mostly used for high-end luggage suitcases.
ABS: This material was more popular years ago, it is very strong and solid. Compared to PC, toughness is a little less of ABS. ABS luggage is harder and can be more easily broken. The weight is heavier than PC.
Material: Generally canvas, nylon, EVA, leather etc.
Advantages：Smaller, lighter and more convenient. Better expandability and bigger capacity than hard cases.
Disadvantages: Less shock and impact resistant, more suitable for short distance travel.
Nylon: Good surface glossiness, has a high-end effect, does not attract dust, wear resistant, anti-wrinkle, water resistant, very expensive.
Poly: Soft and comfortable breathable fabric, similar to cotton, wear resistant, anti-wrinkle, water resistant.Currently mostly used for soft luggage, backpacks, computer bags etc.

Q:箱子的拉杆晃动，正常吗？
A:Conwood在业内率先采用全铝合金拉杆，且做了高韧性加厚设计，拉伸顺滑、坚固耐用。旅行箱的拉杆是需要有晃动的空间的，因为拉杆要来回拉动，考虑到季节因素引起的热胀冷缩，需要留有一定的空隙，它才能更好地活动，如果太紧，拉杆和箱体质检摩擦增大，反而有害。
Q：箱体轻，是不是不结实？

Q：为什么箱内衬里的拉链没有拉链头？
A：这个是为了保护箱体结构而专门设计的，拉杆箱内内里的拉链只有在进行维修的时候才需要拉开，拉开后可以看到隐藏在箱子后部的拉杆，所以此处的拉链并未设计拉链头，避免拉链被随意拉开，破坏箱子的内部结构。
Q：为什么TSA海关锁没有钥匙？下沉式海关锁有什么优点？
